• Hospitality experience in bar or catering
• Understanding of hotel rooms management
• An appreciation of the game of golf
• Experience of working with customers from all walks of life
• Proven ability to achieve objectives
• Competent in the use of till systems
• Team-orientated interpersonal skills and an ability to manage the demands of members and visitors
