Starting Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as the Centre Manager. This role is pivotal to the success of the business and we are looking for a positive, hard working and motivational individual to take us further forward.

Rectory Park has been open for almost four years and consists of two full-size artificial 3G football pitches, changing rooms, community space and the offices of Middlesex FA.

This fantastic opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to embed the values of commitment, creativity, collaboration and connection across the Company, maximising the impact of the facility and associated community space, for the benefit of grassroots football and the local community.

Could you be the new face of Rectory Park?

This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial and Operations and will function to oversee the delivery of customer engagement through successful management of all aspects of the Company Headquarters, ensuring the safe and cost-effective operation of the venue. This role will have a focus on the management of bookings, issuing of invoices and management of a team of Duty Managers and Casual Staff. However, the role will still include the generic operational responsibilities that all our duty managers have. We are looking for someone who leads by example whilst still being able to work strategically focusing on the longer-term picture as well.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a team, possess and enthusiasm for customer service, maximise the usage plan across the facility and be comfortable using online systems to manage the administration of Rectory Park. You must be able to lead by example, work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, manage a team of staff and meet deadlines.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate team working skills and the ability to work both unsupervised and under their own initiative. The successful candidate will be required to work at weekends and evenings within a rota. The peak hours for the facility are evenings and weekends so the majority of hours will be based around this demand on the same shift pattern as duty managers.
