It's where the Digi Ops, Product & Marketing Brand teams make it all happen as a cohesive unit, collaborating very closely with Customer Operations in the UK. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be performing a combined role of product ownership in an agile methodology and delivery management. You will be leading squad(s) by analysing the requirements on the initiatives assigned to you by working very closely with the Product Managers and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of those initiatives through to production. You will be pioneering the platform requirements and understanding from development leads feeding into the overall roadmap with the product managers.

Your day will involve breaking down initiatives into meaningful epics, working closely with design teams to facilitate solutions, attending agile ceremonies and supporting development teams within the squad, updating and communicating to various stakeholders at all levels on the initiatives including delivery timelines and taking steer from senior stakeholders and Product Managers where needed. Your role will also involve following the project management office (PMO) processes and timely submission of documents as required by PMO.

• Provide leadership within a positive, open-feedback team culture and environment to boost squad engagement, ownership, and accountability
• Encourage a customer centric culture of innovation focused on adding customer and business value to our products and services
• Collaborate with the Product Managers to define the product vision, strategy, roadmaps and identify growth opportunities in your product area
• Work closely with tech leads and represent technology requirements and opportunities in roadmap planning - The platform needs are your primary contribution to the overall roadmap in line with the product manager vision
• Work alongside Product Managers and stakeholders to shape and agree the roadmap in your product area
• Be capable of understanding and balancing commercial viability, customer satisfaction and technical feasibility for product development initiatives
• Lead product discovery to identify and mitigate risks and validate assumptions
• Work closely with research and product design to prototype, test and learn to inform product development
• Ensure the compliance of responsible gaming protocols
• Write Epics and user stories and be accountable for the timely availability of user stories, ensuring the squad can develop software as efficiently as possible.
• Manage squad product backlogs in line with the Product Managers vision to drive your product forward by planning, communicating and executing according to discovery findings and the roadmap
• Lead collaboration with squad members and subject matter experts to refine user stories
• Work with other product owners to identify, manage and remove dependencies
• Produce release plans and communications, run product demonstrations and training on product features to relevant teams
• Communicate delivery updates and keep all interested parties up to date with clear status on initiatives
• Work very closely with the PMO function and follow any PMO processes on initiatives
• Where appropriate, coordinate with 3rd party suppliers for content and features
• Consistently communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed of the delivery progress
• Work extensively with your squad of engineers and designers to continuously improve your product

• Prior product owner or other product management experience
• Expert knowledge in your assigned product area(s) where products can be Casino, Bingo, Sports, Bonusing and rewards, Cashier
• Previous experience and a good understanding of lean and agile product development
• Proven experience with methods to understand and champion customers improving the customer experiences
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating with senior stakeholders as well as multi-disciplinary product development teams
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
• Online gaming experience is highly desirable
• Ability to see the 'big picture, evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise various requests
• Ability to work in a fast-changing and fast-paced working environment and collaborate with multiple squads
• Jira and confluence experience
