 As a Recruitment Manager for Caprice Holdings you will have an opportunity to work in some of the most iconic locations in both London and Internationally whilst leading on both recruitment and retention. You will get a chance to work alongside a collection of incredible people and support them by driving attraction, employee engagement and brand awareness.

The role will be focusing on recruitment for all level staff, reporting to the Head of Recruitment on retention and vacancies, whilst also building strong relationships with potential senior level candidates in the market. You will be based in London, but will be required to travel across the UK and Internationally.

This is an extremely busy role and you must have recruitment experience in hospitality.  The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to plan your time and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
