The People Service team at St Austell Family Group provides a wide range of support and advice, including employee relations, training & development, recruitment and pay. We are passionate about delivering support across all our teams, from Pubs, Inns and Hotels to Beer and Brands and Head Office. 

The People Business Partner role works collaboratively with business leaders, championing the balance of commerciality with doing the right thing for our people. You will be essential in driving key areas of the People Services strategy which include talent management, succession planning, and improving employee engagement.   

About you • An HR qualification, either a CIPD or degree equivalent. • Experience within a similar industry and/or beer and brands
• An excellent collaborator with a passion for developing people commercially. • Experience of training, coaching, and developing managers. • Ability to provide leaders with support to ensure teams are aligned to our business strategy and objectives.  • Demonstrable experience of challenging and influencing to drive results. • Experience of providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning. • Strong influencing skills and capable of building relationships with people around the business. • Confident at questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues.
