This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales to take the next step and move into a multi property role looking after our Midlands Cluster of hotels.

As Director of Sales you would be leading a Sales Manager and Sales Executive to drive business and maximise market share for our four fabulous Hotels in the Midlands.

This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales function across four hotels in the Midlands.

We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated person with fresh innovative ideas to drive sales within the local and national market.

As DOS you would be responsible for driving the various key market segments that are important to the four hotels and as such you should be highly experienced in all aspects of MICE and Corporate new business development as well as account penetration.

The ideal candidate would be well connected with the agency market and be able to generate new opportunity from research, utilise social networks to drive opportunity, showcase the hotels to agents, network the local market and lead a sales team.

As this is a multi-property role you would need experience in people management and building relationships with various internal key stake holders.

The office base for this Sales and GCE cluster of hotels is Hilton East Midlands airport and the successful candidate would need to be able to use this hotel as a team base.
