Administration Assistant – Private Bookings

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our Private Bookings team at Springfield Hospital. 

Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex’s leading private hospitals. It is a 64-bedded hospital all with ensuite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit and a high dependency unit.  
You will be working within our bookings team covering a variety of shifts between 08:00am - 18:00pm Monday to Friday and 09:00am - 13:00pm Saturday.

The role
The successful candidate will have good administration skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload whilst working under pressure and part of a team. The ability to effectively prioritise your workload, work on your own initiative and adhere to deadlines are key requirements of the role.
