Hotel Porter - Trearddur Bay, Anglesey - 18 hours per week - Up tp £9.50 per hour

The Trearddur Bay Hotel is now recruiting for a part-time Hotel Porter to join the team working around 18 hours per week. With numerous opportunities for growth and progression, Trearddur Bay will give you the responsibility and challenge from the start. You will need to work weekends and over the Christmas period. This is a permanent role.

As a Hotel Porter you’ll be one of the first faces to welcome our customers. Leading by example, your work ethic will set the bar high and you’ll remain cool under pressure with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
• Ensure site is secure and complete regular walk arounds throughout the shift.
• Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
• Give personal attention, take personal responsibility and use teamwork to provide excellent guest service.
