As a Head Chef you will…

  • You’ll have a true passion for preparing delicious food - you’ll love seeing guests enjoying dishes you produce, and you’ll be a team player willing to turn your hands to most things in the kitchen.
  • You’ll be proud of what you do and a true professional in the kitchen!
  • You’ll love developing an excellent and unique team.
  • You will be entrusted with coaching and developing your line chefs to drive the quality and performance of your kitchen forward.
  • Work with commercial awareness, always striving to deliver the best quality dishes your kitchen can produce.
  • Attention to detail will be key in this position, and you’ll be great at motivating your team to achieve your standards.
  • Make sure that your kitchen is always a clean and safe environment.
  • You will become a positive ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all guests experience our unique Turtle Bay vibe.

Our ideal candidate will have…

  • Excellent leadership skills with strong experience of managing, motivating, and coaching a large and successful kitchen team.
  • Proven strong P&L accountability, with least 2 years’ experience of managing a high-performing kitchen.
  • Excellent commercial awareness is a must for this role.
  • Experience of measuring and reporting performance, as well as high food hygiene and safety standards, with experience in meeting local authority Health and Safety expectations.
