The Role

We are looking to grow our C&B team and have created this exciting new position to support our event operations team ensuring we deliver a unforgettable first class service for our guests every time while maximising opportunities to sell, ensuring our bar brigade are confident and have the tools they need to do their job and making sure we are H&S compliant in all areas of the department.

As ‘Assistant Conference and Events Bars Manager’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support your team in order to exceed your commercial goals. You’ll have high standards when it comes to guest experience, understand brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work. From setting up and overseeing busy event bars for 500 to delivering a VIP unforgettable experience for a happy couple on their wedding day. We are an M&E lead hotel and no day is ever the same, you will also be supporting the meeting and events director oversee conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and weddings you will play a vital role in the running of the conference and events department

You will be responsible for 2 fixed event bars, a number of portable/pop up bars within the hotel.
