As our Office / Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in the smooth running of our Support Office as well as providing administrative HR support for the wider business.

This will be a busy and varied role within our HR Team, working approximately 25 to 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday form our Support Office in Hampstead, North London.

As our Office / Human Resources Coordinator, your day-to-day will consist of:

Office management, including:

Ensuring that our office environment reflects our brand at all times

Liaising with all office departments in relation to office standards

Championing employee engagement initiatives, such as staff socials

Management and booking of meeting rooms

Overseeing and liaising with external contractors, including cleaners and maintenance

Managing in-coming and out-going post

Ordering of consumables

Human Resources support, including:

Being the first point of contact for employees and managers across the business

Inducting new office staff

Employee records audit and compliance

HR Systems support

Employee lifecycle administration

Reporting

The successful Office / Human Resources Coordinator will:

Have office management or administrative HR experience (one is essential, both are a bonus)

Have experience in hospitality or cinema/film (beneficial)

Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail: a professional plate-spinner

Develop great working relationships and act as an ambassador for Everyman

Be persuasive at times and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English language ability

Be competent in Microsoft Office

Our Office / Human Resources Coordinator will receive:

£25,000 - £28,000 pa (pro-rata), depending on experience
