Position Purpose

• Provide excellent experience for our guests. Adhere to company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all food & beverage regulations in line with company policy
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age (Challenge 25)
• Keep restaurant, bar and kitchen clean and tidy at all times.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Take food & drink orders from tables
• Have a good knowledge of all menu items

Person Specification

• You must be friendly, motivated and passionate about delivering excellent service.

• Having flexibility to work diverse shifts, including weekends, early mornings and evenings as to when required.

1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Preferred

Proven customer experience as Restaurant team member.

Task & time management ability’s.

 Exceptional

Previous experience of ibis or any other Accor hotel.

Knowledge of Agent Cash, Fols.

Food Safety qualifications.

Heartist.

Challenge 25 and Food Allergen training

2. Proven Experience/Education Level

• Previous experience in ibis or Accor will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of the service industry and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
