BI & Data Lead Anayst - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

We're looking for an ambitious and hungry Senior / Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Measurements and Reporting team here at Haven.  We're transitioning our reporting, and the way BI reports are interpreted, so we need an Analyst to help us effect change. This is a real opportunity for you to use not just your reporting skills, but also a lot of creativity and influence. Your leadership and storytelling skills will be key here as you will develop, embed and continuously improve reports that have visibility at all levels in the organisation. As a senior hire in a brand new team, we're looking for somebody who can not just lead the way, but who can mentor less experienced team members.
What you will be doing:
** Lead the adoption and utilisation of reporting and visualisation by playing key data evangelist role
** Actively challenge business users on report utilisation, chair workshops, showcase latest developments / updates and establish best practice**Develop a deep understanding of underlying KPIs and the decisions needed to deliver them - you will become the 'go to' expert **Establish and imbed self-service data analytics to drive efficient development of queries and ad-hoc reporting**Use SQL to develop and prepare high quality data structures to aid in self-service analyticsWhat we'd like you to bring:
