The Britannia Wigan is a 124-bedroom hotel that boasts 15 self-contained conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates with plenty of space remaining for syndicates. The hotel also boasts its very own on-site restaurant and lounge bar.

We take great pride in our culinary service here at The Britannia Hotel Wigan and we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Head Chef on to the team. You will be required to plan menu, order stock, prepare and cook food, follow hygiene practices and day to day manage kitchen.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team. You will need to hold a valid Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).
