Due to our increasing portfolio of famous hotel-destinations in key locations, we are looking to recruit an Area Reception Trainer who will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of competency, efficiency and customer service for the Reception department in our Hotels based in the North West of England.

As the Area Reception Trainer, you will be required to assess staffing and training needs of the Reception team at the Hotels and act accordingly. You will be working along-side Reception Management Staff to provide one to one training ensuring all reception policies are always adhered to, with an emphasis on the necessity of good customer service.

The successful candidate will have an extensive history of Reception Management training and development within the Hospitality sector, preferably working across a cluster of Hotels. You will have excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate well with others. This role is field based so you will be required to travel to various hotels in the North West of England as and when required. It is essential that you have knowledge of at least one of our booking systems, Opera or Guest Line. Knowledge of both Opera and Guest Line would be desirable.
