About Cambridge Hospital
Our state-of-the-art hospital, is central Cambridge's premium private hospital, boasting an Outstanding CQC score and offer a full range of medical and surgical specialties. With expertise in Cancer care and Cancer surgery, Orthopaedic surgery (including robotic surgery), Neurosurgery, Cardiology as well as specialist Paediatric services. Recently having secured a partnership with the Royal Papworth NHS (National Health Service) Trust we will see growth in our Cardiology services and aim to expand our current speciality in this field.
Backed by the latest diagnostic imaging facilities including wide bore MRI and CT scanning, we offer immediate assessment and expert diagnosis. Hospital facilities include 3 state of the art digital theatres, 32 beds, Surgical Day Case theatre/endoscopy suite, Surgical Day PODs, private consultation rooms, close monitoring units, Chemotherapy suite, on-site registered pharmacy, Diagnostic scanning unit and a Pathology laboratory.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
Work in our Self-Pay team, dealing with potential patients over the phone or through email, managing quotes and providing insight to procedures and treatments available at the hospital.
Manage the speculative patient end to end from initial enquiry referral, pricing options through to consultations and medical procedures
Dealing with 'self pay' patients, you will provide an overview of pricing options, manage conversion, and play a key role in ensuring that patients are supported with information from their initial inquiries through to consultations and medical procedures
You'll build relationships with the wider hospital team, including the medical secretaries and patient liaison, ensuring the best patient journey.
The Person
To succeed as a Sales Administrator, you will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be a proactive and positive individual
Good interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy
Good attention to detail
Proven relevant experience in a similar role
GCSE English and Math or equivalent qualification
Working within a great team, you will be encouraged to succeed and feel supported.

Salary - £21,500 per annum

Working Hours - Full Time, 37.5 per week
