More about your role

PLEASE NOTE: This is for two full time positions, covering 40 hours per week, across Monday to Friday, you can also earn overtime and be entitled to 24 days holiday, including bank holidays.

At Brio Retirement Village we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will be working at our Slate and Grain brasserie and customer service will be at the heart of what you do, always ensuring excellent levels of service to our customers

You will be working closely with our front of house staff and Chefs to ensure that food service runs smoothly and efficiently, and customer needs are met. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food served is at highest standard and to understand any food preparation and service in the absence of the chef.

More about you

To be successful in this role you will have a high level of customer service skills and will be a strong communicator, ideally with previous food handling experience.

Ideally you will already have gained or be working towards your food hygiene certificate and will have previous experience in a similar role, you will be motivated and will be able to work during busy periods.
