JOB TITLE – Bar Team Leader  
DEPARTMENT – ICC Wales
RATE OF PAY - £9.40 per hour including benefits!
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time
HOURS – 37.5 per week
SHIFT DETAILS -5 days out of 7

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking to recruit a hard working Bar Team Leader.  Having a background in leading a team in a hospitality environment you will have a passion for the industry and want to deliver our customers a memorable experience. Ideally you will have experience in an environment that has catered for volume banqueting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will need to be well organised, be able to prioritise your work and be able to think on your feet as changes often happen with short notice. The role requires a good eye for detail to ensure that the highest standards of service are delivered as part of the customer's seamless journey. You will need to be an excellent team player, a motivator, have good communication skills, a passion for delivering high levels of customer service, possess a professional attitude and have high standards of presentation.
