ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a Duty Manager to help maintain and provide excellent guest service at all
times. The ideal candidate will be confident in their approach along with
the determination to succeed. You will have experience in a hotel environment.
YOU’LL DO …
As a Duty Manager you will be expected to maintain and provide excellent
guest service at all times and provide assistance and support to the team.
You will maximise sales, to minimise costs and ensure quality standards are
main responsibilities of a Guest Services Manager are:
in the absence of Senior Management
out Duty Management shifts
required daily & monthly reports
and drive quality of hotel and service
in all reception and food and beverage operations
