Health & Beauty Manager – Rhinefield House Hotel, New Forest Hampshire

Are you looking for the next step in your beauty career? This hands on role will you allow the opportunity to continue delivering Spa treatments and to develop your career in management and administration.

This Full time position involves overseeing a small team of Therapists and Pool attendants. You will be responsible for the management of the Spa treatment rooms and bookings plus all Spa facilities (Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room) as well as our outdoor swimming pool.

Our spas give that extra touch of luxury to our guests’ experience, giving them some well-deserved ‘me’ time, and our Spa teams teams love being the highlight of their day, week, and even month!

You’ll be able to nurture and inspire a team to deliver outstanding treatments, and develop their knowledge to ensure they feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests. Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you’ll be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind. About you:

  • You’ll be a qualified therapist yourself with experience in a Spa supervisory or management role
  • You’ll ideally have experience of managing wet facilities and if you don’t already hold an in-date Pool plant Operator certificate – you will be willing to gain this important qualification as part of your employment
  • You’ll be passionate about ensuring all guests leave feeling relaxed, indulged and inspired
  • You’ll enjoy coaching and training others so that they in turn feel confident in acting as an expert and giving advice to guests on suitable products that will match their personal needs
  • You’ll be organised and enjoy keeping on top of your administration, orders and budgets
  • Most of all, you’ll have a professional, approachable and positive manner
