Commercial Finance Analyst - Hatfield (head office)

We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our business at an exciting time of change in a ‘Beyond Budgeting’ landscape.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to the Head of FP&A, primarily concentrating on retail revenue & margin analysis, analyse tactical initiatives that will drive commercial revenue and provide insight into under/over performance of retail revenues across the David Lloyd estate. You will own the modelling and communication of retail forecasts ensuring they are achievable, communicated effectively and in line with expectations.  You will also analyse margin and identify best in class performance across all retail revenue lines and roll out any improvements through the Finance Business Partners.  In addition you will understand and explain margin variances across all retail lines to Heads of Retail Departments, ensuring focus on profit conversion is considered as significant as revenue growth. As a Sunday Times Best Big Company, we appreciate our team members and offer a positive, friendly and inclusive working environment where you can flourish.
