Swim Development Manager - Great Dunmow Leisure centre - Dunmow, Essex

Hours: 30 Hours per week - 20 hours Admin with 10 hours teaching (Opportunity for more teaching hours available)

About Your Role

Swimming is a key brand within 1Life and is a key activity within our facilities. Swimming attracts thousands of adults and children to our pools each year and many more who need to learn how to swim or who wish to improve their swimming technique and an exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and manage the Swimschool programme at Great Dunmow Leisure Centre.

We require an ASA qualified teacher, who is energetic, dedicated and highly motivated to achieve set targets and grow the existing Swimschool programme.

The role will involve ensuring the safe and efficient organisation, supervision and operation of all Swim School and aquatic activities and supporting front of house reception team handling customer’s enquiries and bookings, actively promoting swim school and overseeing the swim school team.
