Accounts Assistant - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
We're looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant to help manage the day to day activity of the accounts team that support the park teams and our caravan owners. As the first port of call in the day-to-day queries, you will support the accounts team in delivering their day to day role.
What you will be doing:
**Support and work with the Owner Accounts Team Manager with monthly statement sign off and billing tasks
**Take responsibility for team training
**Ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
**Process improvement
**Support with debt management
What we'd like you to bring:
**Previous experience in an Accounts role, ideally supervisory
**Top notch customer service skills, you will be liaising with teams across the business as well as guests
**Accuracy in your work
**The ability to be a mentor
