Based at Larkfield Leisure Centre

We are seeking two self-motivated and target driven Membership Advisors to join our team at Larkfield Leisure Centre. This a very busy facility offering a wide range of dry and wet leisure pursuits for the local community.

Working hours will be: one role at 19.5 hours per week and the other working 22.5 hours a week. The working pattern will include set hours Monday to Friday, including one or two half day shifts, two full day shifts and a full day on alternative Saturday or Sunday. There is some flexibility with these hours.

In addition to selling Health & Fitness Memberships to new and existing customers via walk-in and telephone enquiries, the successful candidate will be expected to have a proactive approach to generating sales leads and a focus on the customer experience to aid retention. 

To be successful in this role, you will be confident, friendly and have an approachable, can-do attitude with a keen interest in the leisure industry.  A background in either sales, customer service or the leisure industry would also be ideal.
