Full-time (37 Hours per week)              Annual salary £17,778 to £19,215 plus benefits

Then this may be the job for you.  We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to progress their career in the exciting world of leisure. Whilst undertaking the day to day duties of a Recreation Assistant, which includes ensuring the safety, security and cleanliness of the sports areas at all times, you will also have the opportunity to undertake a structured progressive training programme formed around the core elements of the National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ). You may also provide coaching and teaching services to customers

Based at Larkfield Leisure Centre, you will be required to work on a shift basis which will include evenings and weekends. The ideal applicant will be customer focused with a natural ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users.  Ideally, you will also already hold a current NPLQ or have the ability to pass this qualification.
