Role: Operations Manager
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager to assist in day to day running of our busy facilities and support with service delivery, commercial output and H&S safety and compliance. The successful candidate will be supporting with all aspects of the business. Responsibilities for Operations Manager role
Day to day management of the leisure centre, carrying out the duty manager role when on duty management shift, driving occupancy target, revenue and controlling payroll costs ensuring high levels of customer service is maintained and motivation of staff.
Supporting with delivery of the sports community plans and exercise schemes and maximizing our swim school occupancy.
Reviewing and improving our programs that will improve the health and wellbeing of the local community.
Building and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and staff and resolving issues and complaints where appropriate.
