Haulfryn Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Office and Sublet Assistant to join our growing team at our friendly resort near Guildford.

What Will You Do

  • Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week which may include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
  • Take and relay messages either by phone, email or face to face ensuring all communications received are raised dealt with by relevant departments
  • Provide a welcoming experience to all guests ensuring a great experience
  • Deal with complaints prior to escalation and ensure raised to relevant departments
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness to assist in ensuring safety of all guests and colleagues
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, control inventory relevant to reception area, and tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Actively promote Haulfryn Managed Sublet package
  • First point of contact for Managed sublet owner queries, especially guest & owner bookings.
  • Ensuring owners are informed & recharged timely for on-going maintenance of their units, liaising closely with Maintenance & Housekeeping teams.
  • Liaise with owners who are on Managed and Private sublet, ensuring necessary documentation is updated & in place.
  • Annual quality control inspection of Managed sublet units, advising owners of necessary repairs & renewals required to maintain standards.
  • Coordinate with the suppliers and vendors we use in our sublet scheme in order to maintain 5 star standards


What Will You Bring

  • 2 years minimum experience in a customer service/customer facing role
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
  • An eye for quality standards and safety
  • Enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • A flexible approach to working including weekends and public holidays is essential
