Job Description

This opportunity is an initial 12-month FTC.

As the Senior CRM you will work closely with the Head of CRM to implement a customer focused, channel neutral approach to CRM planning and execution with the wider CRM team. Along side ensuring the CRM initiatives on the transformation plan are executed on time and to budget, ensuring that any risks and issues are surfaced with enough time to resolve.

You'll take full ownership of the delivery and execution of the CRM strategy;

  1. Automation of key journeys across the customer lifecycle ensuring that the relevant metrics are in place to analyse performance against key KPI metrics
  2. Delivery of tactical CRM support programmes to support the annual product and promotional calendar across all channels
  3. Delivery of the CRM support plan to support the rewards and loyalty strategy, and omni-channel proposition
  4. Identification and delivery of transactional campaigns which are targeted at driving improved KPI metrics, highlighting those that should be put forward for automation

In addition to the above you will be responsible for:

  • Managing direct reports ensuring that relevant one to ones and plans are put in place to support the growth and development of individuals within the team.
  • Managing and leading the up-sell and cross-sell campaigns that will drive revenue growth across all brands and products.
  • Working with the Head of CRM to define and deliver a highly calculated test and learn strategy to all mediums of customer marketing, and ensuring we optimize the volume of contactable customers across all customer touch points.
  • Delivering cross-channel customer contact strategies in a highly collaborative cross-functional operations and marketing team to drive integrated activity for customers that drive multi-channel revenue and grows share of wallet.
  • Championing the customer ensuring customer centric objectives and practices that ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Defining and articulating opportunities to enhance our customer database with additional transactional data to drive campaign opportunities, ensuring that business cases are drawn up where appropriate.


You will be data driven with an unrelenting focus on customer value;

  • Experience of interpreting data learnings into insightful campaign execution.
  • Be able to demonstrate clear leadership and establishes a positive and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders, etc.
  • Inspires passion and excitement around shared goals, promoting environment of achievement.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise Stakeholders, build strong relationships, and tailor communication to meet the stakeholders needs.
  • Proven experience of decisive influencing at all levels of the organisation and cross-functionally.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or other large scale ESP delivering complex automation flows.
  • Basic technical HTML or SQL knowledge coupled with solid Excel skills.
