Some duties and responsibilities include;

• Performing all trained skincare services as per the treatment protocols provided by Champneys.
• Follow precise draping protocols as set by Champneys to ensure comfort of our guests.
• Be present for shifts in a timely manner according to the published schedule.
• Begin and end all skincare, waxing, tinting etc. services on time as scheduled.
• Be knowledgeable of all Spa services and promotions being run as well as know what is happening around the ship. This may be in the form of having the Ship’s daily newspaper to hand.
• Deal with guest in a professional manner, using premium language as expected in a 5* + environment.
• Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guest's needs with a professional and pleasant manner.
