We are looking to recruit a Full Time Liquor Manager onto the team. As Liquor Manager you will be responsible for the control of beverage in all outlets of the hotel ensuring that all revenue and stock is properly accounted for and that control systems are properly applied.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, methodical and organised. A background in hotel bars or stock control would be advantageous and an ability to achieve results is a must.
