Recruitment Manager - Minehead, Somerset

Our Butlin's Resort is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager responsible for managing end to end recruitment process. You will focus on recruitment planning, attraction, assessment, offer process and on boarding. Ensuring the resort team adhere to recruitment processes, procedures and policies.

About the role:
Working with the operations team to plan recruitment activity based on requirements
Ensure all candidates go through a consistent, engaging and fair process keeping the candidate experience at the forefront of the recruitment and on boarding process.
Ensure the recruitment toolkit has been implemented and Managers understand fully the vacancy management and approval process.
Use and embed the Employer Brand/ Brand collateral in all recruitment communications
Coaches the Managers to deliver the best recruitment and on boarding experience
Identifying recruitment skill/knowledge gaps and have action plans in place to address.
Manage resort vacancies from planning stage to appointment.
Creating role profiles and creative adverts in line with resort requirement
Managing candidates through Cornerstone platform ensuring a great candidate experience
Attending recruitment/ careers fairs and any activities to drive local and recruitment industry networking.
Organising and leading assessment centres if necessary
Work closely with recruitment agencies
Working collaboratively with the central recruitment team on recruitment projects.
Providing resort leadership team with meaningful recruitment updates and reports focusing on trends and analysis
Addressing and planning for difficult to fill roles
Working with the Finance team and the operators to forecast labour requirements to achieve a proactive approach


About you:

Previous recruitment experience
An engaging communicator with the ability to keep the resort up to date with recruitment activity progress
Communicates regularly with resort managers
Solution focused approach
Ability to plan and organizing workload
Experience using ATS/ Recruitment portals
Strong team working skills


Desirable:
CIPD Qualified
