We've just embarked on a programme of digital transformational change and are looking to strengthen the team with a Commercial Transformation Manager. You'll play an integral part in the development and deployment of the programme, with the goal of transforming and optimising the way our commercial teams work, to better enable them to deliver for our Customers and drive winning performance in our market.

As a member of the team you'll work collaboratively with the relevant stakeholders and business teams to understand needs, and to develop, design and create digital solutions and products to drive value for the Commercial Team. 

Your Role 

You'll be working on the development of a variety of value-add products that collectively drive end to end benefit in how our Commercial Team operates. As the Commercial Transformation Manager you will be responsible for both managing existing and helping to develop new products. You will have the opportunity to manage a range of products at various stages of the development cycle and will have full project management support via members of a cross-functional product team. 

You will utilise your technology expertise to build MVPs (Minimum Viable Product) of new products e.g. building new analysis in PowerBI or pulling data sets using SQL. You will support the rest of the Commercial Transformation team by providing guidance and insight to help manage team information and reporting.  

About you 

• Previous experience in a similar role with strong commercial acumen and the ability to use your technical capabilities to inform commercial decision making. 
• A high level of analytical capability and ideally have experience of SQL, data preparation and visualisation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau or Power BI. 
• The ability to work cross functionally and challenge and influence a diverse set of stakeholders will be key, as will the ability to communicate technical and complex topics in an efficient and understandable manner. 
• You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and be able to use your own initiative to navigate changing priorities. 
• A self-motivated innovator with the ability to act on their own initiative and the drive to pick up and learn new skills and technologies when required.
