As a key part of our leadership team, our Patient Services Manager you will provide a high quality business support service, managing patient services, through effective line management of a team of support staff across several departments. This includes Reception, Medical secretaries, Medical Records, Patient services and Ward Clerks. As our Patient Services Manager you will:
To provide day to day support and supervision for a team of business support staff including work scheduling / rotas, recruitment, induction, performance excellence reviews, attendance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
To promote and maintain training, development and the mentoring of staff.
To ensure work is carried out to deadlines and within agreed working practices and procedures.
To ensure all direct enquiries / issues and those escalated from the team are resolved in a timely manner.
Good organisational and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Significant demonstrable experience within a similar role
Experience of working in a customer focused environment

Salary - Up to £43,000 per annum

Weekly hours - 37.5
