Job Description
You will negotiate, build and execute a number of multi-channel marketing plans while taking ownership of a range of supplier accounts collaboratively with the Senior Buyer and Buyers.
- Building and executing market leading activity to support key 1st Party suppliers and AAA video game releases across all marketing channels
- Product ownership throughout the product lifecycle, from Preorder through to range exit
- Creating marketing plans to support publisher joint business plans
- Handling key campaigns and brand building activity to support key business strategies
- Attending and contributing to Publisher meetings and new product presentations
- Working to specific timeframes to execute successful campaigns whilst remaining reactive to supplier support requirements
- Implementing creative and innovative marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring key championing of the GAME brand, whilst keeping in mind our key USPs
- Maximising and discovering new opportunities through exploration of key brands and products
- Managing individual supplier budgets operating within the overall department budget
- Owning the marketing negotiation process for all supplier accounts
- Managing a range of supplier accounts simultaneously and consistently
- Building and developing supplier relationships to leverage marketing opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent knowledge of multichannel marketing mix
- Proven experience of building successful relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to negotiate and influence with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience of managing simultaneous accounts and prioritising accordingly
- Ability to work autonomously and make clear decisions
- Experience in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
- Graduate calibre or equivalent
