We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who:

  • Is warm, friendly and a natural with guests
  • Team focused. Support and guide our team to deliver the best possible service
  • Has at least one year in a management capacity within a Restaurant
  • Is experienced in a busy, standards led environment, ideally branded
  • Is committed to a career in hospitality
  • Has bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Has an interest in other areas such as marketing, training & recruitment
