Our swimming supervisors are responsible for managing children's swimming lessons and maximising their occupancy. They are also responsible for ensuring that every child receives a quality swimming lessons and receives appropriate reward and recognition aligned to the Swim England Swimmer Pathway. You need to understand how to teach children's swimming effectively, so that they are always learning something new and are always having fun. After all, bored children tend to drop out of their lessons. The job is usually part time and involves lots of administration. You'll be a dedicated Swim professional, who leads by example and is entirely committed to helping the members achieve their aims.
