Where you'll be working

You will be based across 3 of the resorst The Lakes Rookley, St Helens and Colwell Bay, They are based in the idyllic countryside, locations are within 20 minutes' drive of half of the island's beautiful beaches and a perfect location for family holidays

Your job

As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for making the process of buying a holiday home as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. Supporting your team to deliver targets, leading by example, and above all achieving results, you will be responsible for:

• Generating and following up on new and existing leads, using Social Media, local business partnerships and previous customer contacts
• Ensuring the ales database is regularly updated and provide reports to senior management when required
• Guide your team to follow the sales process, ensuring customers are given relevant, factual information to make a decision that is right for them as well as the business
• Having a positive and driven approach to your work, with a hunger to exceed targets set.
• Demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
• Being flexible to support our customers during peak times which includes weekends and bank holidays
