Stock Loss Administrator - Chessington, Surrey

Hours: Full time & part time, flexible hours between 8.00am and 5pm. Fixed term contract from March 2022 to November 2022.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to undertake this office-based, back of house role within our Commercial Business Support department. Tasks will include processing all Goods In paperwork, inputting orders from our Retail and Food & Beverage departments and processing stock movements and wastage data through our stock management systems. Daily monitoring of the integrity of Commercial sales data within our stock and sales management systems will also be part of this varied role. Other daily tasks will include liaising with external suppliers via telephone and email to book in deliveries and to deal with any queries as well as communicating any relevant information to the Warehouse Team and Commercial Teams, hand keying sales data into our till system, recording & reporting price adjustments, daily filing, organisation of paperwork returns from the Warehouse Team and updating databases. Weekly Commercial reporting, monthly stock take preparation and data entry will also be required as well as dealing with any ad-hoc requests when needed.

About You 

Working within a small but important department on the Resort, we are looking for a motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a team and on their own. Ideally you will have previous IT experience with knowledge of key Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word & Outlook. Excellent attention to detail, great time management, good communication skills, the ability to “take ownership” and prioritise your workload are also all attributes we are looking for. Previous experience with stock control systems is preferred but not essential.

Full in-house training and guidance on all systems and programmes used will be given to the successful candidate.
