WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are seeking individuals with a passion for the Activity industry who, as part of the team will be expected to always deliver the ultimate guest experience and a five-star service. You will have a ‘happy to serve’ ethos while interacting with guests in a relaxed, pleasant but professional manner.
This role will be to cover our busy periods during weekends and school holidays but also involve delivering an activity offering during the week to our Corporate clients.
Previous experience in a similar role and qualifications (for example ERCA Adventure Park Instructor and Archery GB Instructor Award) in the Activities sector is essential along with an enthusiastic approach!
We are looking for candidates with a hands-on approach, a passion for this sector of the industry and delivering outstanding customer service, in an environment where customers have high expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As an Activities Instructor, you will assist in the delivery of our Activities program, including Ropes course, Archery, Laser Clay, Laser Combat, Adventure Golf and fun Children’s activities. The flexibility of our Activities program will allow our Activities Instructors to create and deliver new activities and experiences for our guests.
You will be delivering Activities to children (from an early age) and adults on Leisure breaks, along with those using the facility for Corporate Team Building.
