We are looking for a highly skilled manager, a strong character who has a hands-on approach and can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.Evidence of excellent people management skills is essential as is the ability to organise, inspire and lead a team.
You will need a passion for this sector of the industry and delivering outstanding service, in an environment where guests have high expectations. Experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Under the general guidance of the Hotel Manager you will support the effective operational management and running of the hotel.
Assess, evaluate and ensure that the long- term and short terms goals of the hotel operations are met by managing the activities of the Food and Beverage and Front Desk departments, whilst overseeing and supporting the external housekeeping operations.
Assist the Hotel Manager with the development of the brand to ensure its continuing success and help it to grow and develop as per the requirements of The Celtic Collection.
Be able to successfully and efficiently run the hotel and the business in the absence of the Hotel Manager, and communicate with all necessary senior managers within The Celtic Collection as required.
Assisting the Hotel Manager to ensure that the hotel meets all the necessary Health & Safety legislation and legal requirements.

WHO ARE WE …
Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel will be operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opens in the Spring of 2022.
Part of The Celtic Collection’s growing portfolio of Tŷ Hotels, the hotel will boast 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite.
Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront is being built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and will provide another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire.
Four floors of bedroom accommodation will house a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure.
The hotel will also be an asset for the local community and provide a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.
