We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Central Operations F&B Team as a F&B Marketing Manager to support the parks to effectively execute the Haven F&B strategy through on brand marketing and pricing, whilst acting as the brand guardian for F&B proposition.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for F&B marketing material alignment to the brand agreed proposition.
Responsible for ensuring that all F&B Marketing & Pricing material is robustly reviewed and enhanced where needed. 
Responsible for F&B the accuracy of all marketing material including digital coverage.
Supports the National F&B Manager to create SOPs for on brand F&B delivery.
Provides a clear pricing and menu strategy to the parks- covering all relevant materials.
Leads the modelling and development of any tactical menu proposition.
Champions marketing best practice across parks and ensures that it implemented at pace.
Works closely with the Head of Operational Comms to create and deliver timely and effective communications for Park leaders to support in the successful delivery of the F&B strategy.
Champions F&B brand guardianship including proposition and future developments, working closely with the F&B Director.
Responsible for identifying opportunities in existing marketing campaigns and develops pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.
Leads as a subject matter expert within the F&B team regarding the operational SBLC SOPS.
Responsible for the Marketing spend being on plan.
Acts as a brand ambassador through relationships with all Bourne Leisure approved 3rd party partnerships- specifically Marketing and Brand design
Works with the wider central operations team to develop the functional operating model.
Engages with the GMs and ODs to support and challenge performance through own expertise.
Take an active role in the F&B team and acts as an SME in terms of F&B operational delivery
Actively informs and consults with F&B Director to ensure they can represent the operational opportunities and challenges in an informed way with the Central Operations Leadership Team.

Qualifications/Experience/Training:

Proven marketing experience preferably within hospitality 
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy (interested in the detail)
Preferably educated to a degree level standard or equivalent
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communicative skills and cross functional working relationships are essential
Flexibility to travel and stay at parks when required
