We are looking for an experienced and committed Health Club & Spa Manager to join our team at The Abbey Hotel, Redditch.

This is an exciting time to join the team having recently had brand new Matrix gym equipment. As Health Club and Spa Manager you will need to have a professional & friendly approach, be able build a good rapport with our Leisure & Spa team, leisure members and spa and hotel guests, and be passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.

As Health Club and Spa Manger you will:

• Ensure the team maintain high standards and deliver treatments of the highest quality whilst maximising revenue and retail sales and retaining our regular client base.
• Manage all aspects of the Spa and Leisure including finance, training, promotions and performance management to ensure the team consistently achieves their KPI's.
• Build a rapport with both Health Club members and guests visiting the hotel
• Manage all aspects of the department including Spa, Pool (including pool plant) and Health Club.
• Assist with treatments from time to time as business levels require
• Attend all meetings as and when required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in Premier Core/RevSpa software
• Have experience with Elemis products and treatments
• Have Pool plant experience

This is a 40 hour per week contract working 5 out of 7 days, including a mixture of mornings, evenings and weekends.

Experience of working in a similar role is essential.
