We are looking for a General Manager with a passion for exceptional customer service to play a key role in driving the commercial success of your gym as we work together to build a healthier nation.

As our General Manager, you will:

• Use your passion for exceptional customer service to deliver business results by championing great experiences for our members.
• Bring creative and innovative ideas that will maximise membership sales and retention.
• Inspire our team to provide excellent client service.
• Manage and improve important revenue-generating services such as food and beverages.
• Be commercially smart, with a high degree of financial awareness and data literacy.
• Be enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated, a role model for health and fitness plus have the ability to inspire everyone around you.
