Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - 37 hours per week (includes evenings and weekends)

tmactive are looking for an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader who is passionate about the Leisure Industry and ideally has experience of working in a busy multi-purpose site. If you’re looking for a desk job, this isn’t for you as there’s no such thing as a typical day in this role, but that’s what makes this role so interesting.

Based at our Larkfield Leisure Centre, reporting to the Centre Manager, this role is a dual role which means your time will be split between 14 hours working as a Team Leader and 23 hours in the role of Duty Manager. The role will require you to work on a rota basis across 7 days to include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

In this role, you will have plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and experience as you could be doing anything from unlocking the leisure centre and setting up, to ordering supplies and checking everything is perfect for our customers. Then, once the day is in full swing, you’ll ensure its all running as it should be, handling customer queries, managing your team and ensuring the successful operation of the gym, pool and other facilities.
