We are currently expanding our Talent Acquisition Team and are delighted to be recruiting for a Talent Partner to join our South Coast region.

Supported by a Regional People Partner you will lead on all aspects of our permanent recruitment across a region made up of approximately 10 locations including Sandford & Warmwell in Dorset, the Isle of Wight and South Devon. 

This is a hybrid working role – you will predominantly be based at home but will be required to spend 2-3 days per week at locations within your region therefore a driving licence is essential.

We are offering a starting salary of £25,000 with potential OTE of up to £45,000

Your new role will see you:

  • Coordinate all aspects of our permanent recruitment campaigns for a variety of roles such as General Managers and Heads of Departments.
  • Provide the best Candidate experience throughout the recruitment process including writing adverts, completing screening calls, arranging interviews and making offers.
  • Build a talent pool of quality candidates in your region, both internal and external, ensuring skilled individuals are ready for appointment.
  • Develop and lead Recruitment processes and projects which ensure the constant improvement of service and standards to the business.

The ideal person will:

  • Have previous experience working in a high volume recruitment position, either internally or at a recruitment agency.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple campaigns at any one time, working to tight deadlines.
  • Have previous experience of candidate sourcing and headhunting using a range of rolls, including job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
