Reporting to both the Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications and the Director of Sales, you will be pivotal to the success of Bvlgari Hotel London through the maintenance of relationships and the development on new ones which drive the hotel’s business. The primary focus will be to actively convert new revenue and maximize groups and events sales to exceed the hotel budget.
You will be responsible for proactively selling the rooms, suites, event spaces and Food & Beverage outlets to new and existing clients whilst ensuring yearly growth in line with the sales budget.
Ambitious and results driven, the successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the luxury hotel industry and a proven track record in a similar role. Implicit to their success is their ability to proactively uncover, develop and maintain strong relationships, identify groups and events sales opportunities and convert these into successful business to the hotel. You will be a highly motivated professional passionate about luxury and authentic in the service provided to our clients.
As an ambassador for Bvlgari Hotel London, you will be expected to deliver hotel and brand standards, demonstrate exceptional and proactive relations with guests and colleagues, and provide flawless service.
We are encouraging a diverse workforce. However, you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
