What We Are Looking For

The role of Leisure Attendant is a crucial position in the organisation requiring drive, enthusiasm and excellent attention to detail. With customer safety and experience at the forefront of your mind, you will need to be flexible and organised with a professional approach in supervising customers using the pools. You will play an important part in the day to day running of the facility, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Applicants must hold RLSS [UK] National Pool Lifeguard Award or STA NARS Lifeguard award or equivalent and must have an understanding of First Aid.

What You Will Do

In brief, you will supervise customers using the swimming pools, handle customer enquiries and complete appropriate records. As this is largely a customer facing role, it would be beneficial if you have some experience in working with members of the public.

You will ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained at all times to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all customers. Working both on your own and with other members of our busy team, you will ensure that the building is prepared for all daily activities.

This post also offers a development opportunity for Leisure Attendant’s wishing to progress to a Duty Manager role, by gaining experience working as a Relief Duty Manager, covering shifts as required whilst being paid at the Relief Duty Manager rate.

Applicants must hold RLSS [UK] National Pool Lifeguard Award or STA NARS Lifeguard award or equivalent and must have an understanding of First Aid.
