The opportunity

As our Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, including tailor made programs, group exercise classes and events

• Oversee the daily operational tasks

• Administrative duties, including processing memberships, taking payments and attending to member enquiries

• ​Deliver group exercise and circuit based classes

• Build and nurture your own personal training network

The person
To succeed as a Fitness & Wellbeing advisor you will need:

• A strong fitness background.

• Experience working in a corporate or commercial fitness environment, and handling money is also essential.

• Have a driven and passionate attitude towards all aspects of fitness and wellbeing, taking an enthusiastic and flexible approach.

• Willing to go above and beyond to help boost the wellbeing incentive launching in 2022.

• Competent computer skills including use of outlook and excel.

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

Salary - Up to £21,000 pro-rata

Hours - Part-time, 32 hours per week
