In search for an enthusiastic, passionate and driven Digital Advertising Executive to join our team at Hakkasan Group, Head Office UK.

This role will be responsible for managing Hakkasan Group Digital Advertising accounts in the UK, working across departments to maximise the ROI of ads and grow online audience.

The ideal Digital Advertising Executive has:

  • Accountable for key digital advertising KPI’s.
  • Ad creation and ongoing management of audiences & accounts. Responsible for ad campaign performance and ongoing maintenance of digital content ads.
  • Keep up to date with market adjustments and pivot Advertising strategy to suit.
  • Weekly briefings with Commercial team on ad performance and agility to react to trends / new focuses.
  • Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of websites, social pages and adverts. Work with Marketing and Customer Success team to make recommendations for improvement of customer journey.
  • Negotiate with digital media suppliers to achieve maximum coverage for the best price.
  • Monthly reporting to demonstrate effective ROI online.
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business.
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  • Work with Customer Success team on monitoring online customer funnel, converting pages and customer fall-out.
  • Assist with Digital team & influencer strategy, ensuring all content created is then readily visible and being utilised effectively and widespread.
  • Analyse monthly and quarterly reports with other operations within the group to help develop a strategy in improving the restaurants’ performance, and continually enhance operational excellence.
