More about your role

Variable full time and part time shifts are available between 9pm – 7am including weekends. You can also earn over time and will be entitled to 24 days holiday per calendar year.

Brio Retirement Living are a growing business building new retirement communities in desirable locations across the UK, our aim is to improve the quality and experience of later life and we are looking for individuals who share that passion to join our expanding team.

Working as part of our onsite Concierge Team, the Night Porter will be responsible for ensuring the community is secure and that all means of escape are maintained and that fire safety and security measures are fit for purpose.

You will need to take action in the event of an emergencies that might arise and ensure that you respond to these in a timely, professional and confident manner. You will also be responsible for general cleaning during your shifts, ensuring all communal areas are kept to the highest standards and will ensure the diligent handover of a shift to another colleague.

More about you

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic applicants who have a proven track record of offering the highest levels of customer service. You will have the ability to maintain good record keep and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  

You will have an awareness of Health and Safety, COSHH regulations, safe working practices & chemical materials.

Its important that you have basic IT skills in order to carry out your day-to-day role successfully, as well as having a good telephone manner with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the job is done correctly.
